Thank you for shopping at Nouhaus! We want you to love our products and have a 14-day Satisfaction Guarantee. During this period, if you decide your piece isn’t quite right, we’re here to help at support@nouhaus.com. You can initiate a return or exchange up to 14 days from the date of delivery.

As with any shopping experience, there are terms and conditions that apply to transactions at Nouhaus. By placing an order or making a purchase at Nouhaus, you agree to the terms set forth below along with the Nouhaus Return Policy.

 

RETURNS

14-DAY RETURN POLICY

We believe you will be thrilled with the products you purchase from Nouhaus, that’s because we go out of our way to ensure that they’re designed and built to be just what you need. However, we understand that sometimes a product may not be what you expected it to be. We encourage you to review the following terms related to returning a product.

 

The Return

Return requests can only be made within 14 days of the date you've received the item. To initiate this request, please contact us so that we can facilitate the return. Please note that the policy is subject to the conditions below:

There is a flat rate charged for the return of our products as detailed below, this fee is deducted from your refund.

Please note: All returns and exchanges must be made with the original Nouhaus packaging.

  1. Only items in like-new condition can be returned, with no missing parts. We do not accept any returns with stains, scratches, damages, drilling, or any other modifications made to the product. Products must be completely disassembled. We do not accept partially assembled products.
  2. Please return the items in the original packaging, which is designed carefully to avoid shipping damages. If you have already discarded the original packaging, you can use the best packaging material that you can find to package the item sufficiently to avoid damage in transit back to us.

We reserve the right not to refund a product that, in our reasonable opinion, has become of unacceptable quality due to wear and tear, misuse; or as a result of failure to take reasonable care of the product.

We are unable to accommodate returns / exchanges / refunds for the following items:

  • Clearance
  • Warehouse Sale
  • Final Sale
  • Black Friday Sale
  • Cyber Monday Sale
  • International Orders (this includes any noncontiguous states in the U.S.)
  • Display items
  • Sales with 'All Sales are Final' text displayed on the website during a sales event

The Refund

Shipping fees as well as additional service fees paid to any third party service will not be refunded.

Refund will be initiated within 14 business days after all acceptable returned items have been sent back to our warehouse. Where possible, funds will be processed back to the original form of payment that was paid to Nouhaus, i.e. back to your Credit Card, PayPal, etc. For credit cards, depending on your card issuer’s policy, it may take up to 3 to 5 business days for the refund to appear on your account. However, refunds for some banks may only be reflected in your next monthly statement.

 

Cancellation of Orders with Promotional Code

If you cancel any item(s) in your order with a discount voucher/coupon applied, you will be refunded only the final paid price after the applied discount. Please contact us to process this request.

 

International Orders, Outside of The United States of America.

Products shipped outside of the contiguous United States are not covered by this return policy. All sales outside the United States and noncontiguous states of the United States are Final.
