ORDER CONFIRMATION

A confirmation email which includes your estimated shipping date will be sent to you after the order has been placed. Nouhaus may, in its sole discretion, refuse or cancel any order and limit order quantity. Once your order is shipped:

  • We will send a Shipment Confirmation email which provides you with a tracking number(s) of the shipment, along with the link for tracking your package(s).  
  • The tracking information can take up to 24-48 hours to update, so don’t worry if it doesn't show up immediately. Please make sure to input the correct email address in order to receive your tracking info.
  • You will then receive the order at the provided shipping address within the time frame based on your location.

SHIPPING SERVICE


It is our goal to deliver your purchase to you in the quickest and most efficient way possible. All our products are fully packaged for safe transit and will be handled by professional third-party delivery carriers (FedEx, UPS and/or XPO Logistics). Speed of delivery depends on the type of product, product availability, and proximity to metropolitan areas. Please note that it is your responsibility to check that your items will fit through doors, staircases and elevators in their packaging before you place your order. You can check all dimensions in the product description for each product on our website. Failed delivery due to inability to access your home will result in additional delivery fee charges*. .

Keep in mind:

    • Free shipping is applied for all Nouhaus® products purchased directly on the website only for the 48 contiguous states.
    • Please be aware that we offer ground shipping service and other expediting shipping options. Our ground shipments do require a signature and/or proof of identity for delivery.  
    • *For Living products, deliveries will be made to the front door of your residential address. If you live on any floor higher than the first floor, the deliveryman will deliver to your door only if there is an elevator. The elevator must be big enough to fit the package (Package dimensions: W87.4" x D38.6" x H20.0"). If your apartment or building does not have an elevator or the elevator is too small, the deliveryman will deliver the package to the first floor only. Nouhaus does not cover or reimburse for any separate delivery or service fees that the customer has hired and/or paid at their own cost.

 

WHERE WE SHIP

Free shipping is applied for all Nouhaus® products purchased directly on the website only for the 48 contiguous states (EXCEPT Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, Guam).

Due to restrictions of shipment from our carrier partners, Nouhaus products are not eligible to ship to APO and FPO Military addresses.

We provide shipping services to the majority of countries worldwide, including:

  • Canada - All provinces, including Vancouver Island - BC
  • Countries in European Union (except Cyprus), Switzerland, the UK.
*Please note that some items are available for free shipping to Canada. You can check by adding it to your cart or reaching out to customer support.

 


SHIPPING TIME FRAME

The shipping time frame is how long it takes for the product to reach your location. The shipping time frame is calculated from the estimated shipping date to the delivered date. Please note that each item in one order may have different estimated shipping dates due to its availability in stock. 

Regarding 2-day Expedited Shipping, please note that order fulfillment takes around 1-2 business days before the actual shipping occurs and will be shipped via expedited shipping thereafter. We do not take responsibility for delays for unforeseen reasons from carriers when this option is chosen.

The shipping time frame varies depending on your locations:

  • The United States - The 48 contiguous states: 5 to 7 business days after the item’s estimated shipping date. 
  • The United States - Hawaii: 7 to 9 business days after the item’s estimated shipping date.
  • The United States - Alaska: 7 to 9 business days after the item’s estimated shipping date.
  • The United States - Puerto Rico: 7 to 9 business days after the item’s estimated shipping date.
  • Canada: 5 to 7 business days after the item’s estimated shipping date.
  • Countries in the European Union (except Cyprus), Switzerland, the UK:  11 to 13 business days after the item’s estimated shipping date.
  • Other international countries: 12 - 15 business days after the item’s estimated shipping date.

 All sales outside the noncontiguous states of the United States are Final.

 

ORDER CHANGE/CANCELLATION

If you decide to change or cancel your order, please contact us any time before your shipment is processed to avoid incurring additional charges. You will have 24 hours or less to request changes or cancellation without incurring charges since we work to have all orders dispatched to you the soonest possible. Therefore, we always recommend that you check on your order at checkout. After that, your shipment will be processed and any changes or cancellation from thereon will incur a flat rate shipping fee based on the item purchased.

We are unable to accommodate order changes / cancellations / refunds for the following items:

  • Clearance
  • Final Sale
  • International Orders (this includes any noncontiguous states in the U.S.)
  • Display items

In the event you wish to cancel your existing order and place a new order, kindly note that a new 'Estimated Delivery’ date will be given at the time of new purchase.

 

RECEIVING ITEMS

For security purposes, our delivery partners may verify your photo ID and require a signature prior to the unloading of the products. Failure to comply with verification requests will be considered as refusing delivery, the item(s) will be returned to the warehouse, and a service fee will be charged. If you choose to reschedule, a secondary delivery fee will be applied.

Upon delivery, you or a third party appointed by you shall inspect the item(s) carefully before our delivery partner leaves the premises. Please read our warranty policy for more information.

 

SCHEDULING AND TRACKING OF SHIPMENTS

You will receive an email notification when your order has left our local warehouse.

For delivery by FedEx/UPS, you will be provided with the tracking information in the email. If a return pick-up is needed, you can visit the FedEx/UPS site and schedule a pick-up. We do not schedule return pick-ups.

For delivery by our specialized carriers, you will be contacted to confirm a delivery date and time frame.

 

Module Sofabeds and/or Power Recliner Sofas 

When your item is ready to be scheduled for delivery, the delivery company will contact you directly with the phone number provided on your order to schedule a delivery date when you are available. In the case you have not received or missed the call to schedule the delivery, please kindly call the number below to schedule a delivery date when you are available. You can provide them with your 6-digit XPO shipment order number and/or shipping address.

DELAYING/HOLD SHIPMENTS

Need us to hold your shipment because your home is not ready? Simply place your order with us and place a note within the order or contact us at support@nouhaus.com.

If you are not ready to receive your order, Nouhaus will honor holds for any shipment for a specified time at no charge. Requests must be made within 24 hours from when the order is placed. If we do not receive a request to hold the order within that 24-hour time frame, the order will be processed. We are not responsible for any late requests.

 

DELAYED SHIPMENT/DELIVERY DUE TO UNFORESEEN SITUATIONS

In the event of delay in shipment due to unforeseen situations, Nouhaus reserves the right to reschedule the delivery, subject to availability of the next delivery slot.

No specific time of delivery can be provided. A time frame will be advised but cannot be guaranteed. Nouhaus shall not be liable for any consequences or any loss suffered or expenses incurred (whether direct or indirect) due to the delay in the shipment / delivery of the goods and no such delay shall entitle the customer to treat this agreement as being repudiated by Nouhaus or to any comparison.


DELIVERY RESTRICTIONS

We reserve the right to refuse delivery to specific locations for items we deem at high risk of loss or damage, and also areas that are inaccessible for our home delivery services.

Due to restrictions of shipment from our carrier partners, Nouhaus products are not eligible to ship to APO and FPO Military addresses, PO boxes, or Parcel Lockers.
