I had been wanting to replace my work chair for a while, and this turned out to be an excellent replacement. My previous chair was pretty basic with decent lumbar support, but this one has adjustable lumbar support, and it makes such a big difference. I didn't realize how much I was missing until I started using it. The headrest adds another level of comfort, and you can even lean back and take a quick nap if you want to during the day. The armrests, seat, and lumbar support are all adjustable, so you can customize everything until you find the most comfortable position. One thing I really appreciate is how lightweight the chair is. Even though it has wheels, I often have to lift my chair a little when cleaning or placing a rug underneath it, and heavier chairs are always a hassle. This one is incredibly easy to move around, and very sturdy, which has been a huge plus. For such a comfortable chair, I don't usually expect it to be this lightweight. As for durability, only time will tell. I'll have to use it for a few years before I can really judge that. But based on my experience so far, this is one of the best office chairs I've come across in years. A good value for money for that, comfortable work chairs have become too expensive now a days.

I really like this chair. I think it is incredibly comfortable. My husband doesn't like it as much as me because he thinks the lumbar support is too firm and it bothers his back. He does have back issues from time to time. He does still use this chair rather than his old one. So it must not be too uncomfortable on his back. The assembly went fine except my husband said there were these pieces that needed to go on the part which aid the back of the chair adjustment options which weren't mentioned in the instructions. Sorry it is hard to explain because he didn't know the name of the extra parts. He did figure out where they went and the rest of the instructions were fine. We like how the chair can swivel left and right when you lean. The chair doesn't hold you in on the sides like most chairs because you can lean for something and the chair bends with you. The chair is great for height adjustment. My husband is 6'2" and the head height worked fine for him. The head piece can go up and down according to height. We had another chair where it wouldn't go up high enough for him and was uncomfortable. The seat is also comfortable and supportive. I really like the chair and have some back issues myself and the lumbar support works great for me.
