My only criticisms have to do with the fact that I am very short and the arm rests are way to high for working at my desk, but the do move out of the way and would like to be able to make the height of the back down a few inches, not the height of the chair but adjustable into the seat. All in all it is a really good and nice chair. The lumbar portion is helpful as I have back issues. Doesn't roll well on carpet.
