RETURN POLICY

We have a 30-day Cooling Off Period for all furniture. During this time, you can return or exchange your product. We’ll give your money back or a merchandise credit. Any state taxes charged for your order will be refunded in accordance with state and local laws. You will not be refunded the original delivery cost or return shipping charges.

SHIPPING COSTS DEDUCTED

In the case of a return, we will deduct the original shipping and delivery charges you paid. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.

YOU HAVE 30-DAYS

For a refund, you must notify us within 30 days of receipt of your order

ORIGINAL PACKAGING, AND CONDITION ‘LIKE-NEW’

We can only accept return of products that are in new, UNASSEMBLED condition. Any stains, scratches, damages or modifications made to the products, will void this return policy. Returns not inside their original packaging and as packaged by us will be void. Long story short – keep the packaging for 30-Days and only assemble the item if you are 100% certain you are keeping it.

REFUND PROCESSING

Contact us to get your return authorization. We will ask for your order/invoice number as proof of purchase for a refund. After authorization, you have 10 business days to return the item.

You can either use a carrier of your choice or contact us to co-ordinate using our carriers (shipping charges at your expense). Once we receive the product in our warehouse we will inspect it within 72 hours to ensure it meets the returns policy outlined above and we will contact you if there are any questions.

Refunds are then issued back to your credit card within 10 business days. Please allow for an additional 5 business days for the credit to appear in your account.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS, OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA.

Products shipped outside of the contiguous United States are not covered by this return policy. All sales outside the United States are Final.
